Friends of Lambeth Palace Library (FLPL) is the working name of the Lambeth Palace Library Development Trust and Friends Charitable Incorporated Organisation (Charity No: 1214015).

We are responsible for looking after your personal data.

- Membership details

Payments are handled securely by a third-party provider:  

Go Cardless (direct debit payments)

 Stripe (credit card payments)

We do not store your card details.

- Service providers who help us run membership systems  

- Event venues (for attendance and safety)

Your data is never sold.

Some of our service providers may store data outside the UK.  

Where this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data.

- Membership and financial records: up to 7 years  

- Event information: usually deleted after the event  

- Marketing preferences: until you opt out

Members can access and update their details via their online account.
